Where is Veritas Church?

Veritas church exists wherever our people go, but we meet on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. in the church building at Pinebloom, 1585 S. Ponce de Leon Avenue, Atlanta, GA. We currently meet in the downstairs fellowship hall. Enter through the door halfway down the parking lot. (parking, map, and directions).

What does "Veritas" mean?

Veritas is Latin for truth, real, authentic, or genuine. We believe that people hunger to be in authentic community with people who are real and to experience genuine love. Wouldn't it be great to be able to give and experience radical acceptance?

Are you already meeting?

Yes. We meet Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m. in the church building at Pinebloom, 1585 S. Ponce de Leon Avenue, Atlanta, GA. (parking, map, and directions). We worship, learn, connect and serve.

What does the worship at Veritas Church look like?

Jesus said we are to "worship in Spirit and truth." Our worship gatherings are celebratory. We explore God's Word and praise God as Three in One. Our desire is to enjoy the contemporary and the ancient. We do have a band, which varies in size depending on the Sunday. Primarily the music is upbeat, but we also enjoy reflective pieces, and often mix contemporary songs with classic hymns. Our chief desire is to be led by the Holy Spirit in all that we do.
